The side curtains can drop by inch increments to control the temperature of the building. It also allows the cooler air to move in the building above smaller livestock, such as 4-5 weight cattle. This prevents sickness due to drafts. The side curtains can be drawn down to help circulate air flow or kept up to block direct sunlight. The side curtains also control the amount of direct sun light on the animals in the summer time by raising the curtains to varying heights.
